  • No. Our estimates are always free and there is no obligation to proceed. When we can't visit the site beforehand, we can provide a general estimate based on the information available. Photos are the best way to help us provide a more accurate estimate, while an in-person site visit before work begins allows for the most accurate assessment. If a formal inspection is required, additional inspection fees may apply. We will always discuss any inspection costs with you before proceeding.

  • No. We do not provide counselling, therapy, psychological services, or mental-health treatment.
